Business Development Associate

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who will identify and develop sales opportunities for Lennox Financial Group Inc.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses by telephone to promote Lennox Financial Group services
  • Obtain prospect information including names of key decision makers, email addresses, other pertinent details such as pain points; for the purpose of booking a meeting or sending them informative communication.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Contact prospects to follow up on initial interaction.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to your calls.
  • Input details of every call into the company CRM system.
  • Weekly reporting of calls made, appointments booked etc. for sales staff to review.
  • Maintain social media platform for business through multiple social media mediums including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Blogs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales, marketing principles and strategies.
  • B2B experience in inside sales, prospecting (cold calling) with outbound calling know-how and skills.
  • Relevant work experience in telephone sales (telemarketing), marketing, promotions, social media.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
